I utilized the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and the Texas Penal Code as applicable to my client’s criminal history. I relied on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) as applicable to my client’s mental condition(s); and I have knowledge regarding mental status examinations, psychological assessments, and behavioral abnormality evaluations. I have knowledge regarding sexual and criminal recidivism and the risk factors and protective factors associated with each.
